New partnership to deliver innovative automation solutions

Established in 1998 by three partners with backgrounds in industrial electrics, the company has gained a reputation for first class machinery upgrades in partnership with leading engineering companies.

Where other automation companies may only offer the ability to write code and are unable to wire the machine, Electrical Works offers a complete solution. It’s programmers work closely with clients to ensure a seamless process to develop machine or production systems that help them boost their bottom line.

They have designed, manufactured and installed control systems across a broad range of industry sectors. Electrical Works are proud members of Master Electricians and the Chamber of Commerce. Based at Tauranga in the Bay of Plenty, Electrical Works has enjoyed a close working relationship with Omron NZ spanning several years. Omron supplies Electrical Works with everything from a relay to a full-blown automation solution with PLCs, VSDs and HMIs. This month, the companies signed a new agreement under the Omron NZ Accredited System Integrator program.

First-class service and on-going support

Under the program, Omron Electronics partners with approved system integration companies throughout New Zealand, who install Omron Electronics’ products into end users’ facilities and OEMs Machinery.

Through this Accredited System Integrator (ASI) Program clients can expect first-class service and on-going expert support. Omron NZ Country Manager, Lyndon Fowler says the program is a ‘win-win’ for ASI partners and end users.

“We guide the system integrators during installation and assist with problem resolution should any issues arise pre-or-post installation,” he says.

“We also provide training to System Integrators to ensure a high level of technical expertise is maintained.

“Omron New Zealand welcomes Electrical Works on board. We look forward to a long and successful partnership.”
