EtherCAT Option
The existing EtherCAT option unit has been fully tested with the MX2-V2 models and operation is the same. Only difference is that when mounted on the MX2-V2 models the depth is 1cm more than with the MX2-V1 models.
Parameters
It is virtually the same between botht models, with the exception of only a few parameters that have either been removed and/or added. You can still copy the parameters settings from MX2-V1 and copy across to MX2-V2 models.
Below is a list of the parameter changes.
Frequency Matching
This feature has been removed for the MX2-V2 models. This can cause issues with mixing, centrifuge and fan applications. Please check with your local Omron office or representative if this is of concern.
