Laser Electrical adds more spark to OMRON ASI Program

Established in 1984, Laser Electrical Putaruru is a trusted electrical contractor operating in South Waikato and extended areas in New Zealand.

With a team of experienced and reliable electricians, Laser Electrical Putaruru provide high quality electrical solutions for domestic, rural, commercial and industrial environments.

Laser Electrical Putaruru provides safety system design and integration to clients throughout the region.

Founded by Chris and Catherine McKillop, the company prides itself on quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

From humble beginnings from their home base in Putaruru, the McKillops rapidly grew the business before joining the Laser Franchise Group in 2003.

Laser Electrical Putaruru is constantly training in new technologies and now specialises in facilities maintenance.

This award-winning business has worked closely with the OMRON NZ team for several years – and OMRON is a preferred supplier of key electrical and automation components.

Strong association

Earlier this year, Laser Electrical Putaruru strengthened its partnership with OMRON by joining its Accredited System Integrator (ASI) Program.

Through the Accredited System Integrator Program, OMRON partners with approved system integrators across Australia and New Zealand, who design and install OMRON Electronics’ products into end users’ facilities and OEMs machinery providers.

“This new agreement will not only benefit both of our companies it will also greatly benefit end users,” says Lyndon Fowler, OMRON NZ manager.

“Laser Electrical Putaruru clients can expect even greater support and service.”

And under the new agreement, the Laser Electrical Putaruru team will receive extensive training to keep them at the forefront of the latest industry innovation and technology.

“We welcome Laser Electrical Putaruru to our ASI program,” said Mr Fowler. “We look forward to a close working relationship with Chris and Catherine and their professional team.”
